We mainly use it for everyday cooking like vegetables, kuzhambu, dosa and frying, and the flavour is really good without being overpowering. I also liked that RJS shows how their oil is made instead of simply talking about the product. That transparency gave me more confidence to try it. The packing was neat, delivery was good, and the quality of the oil was consistent. I started with one bottle just to test it, but after using it at home, I’ve decided to continue with RJS for our regular cooking.
