REFUND & RETURN POLICY

 

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

·      The product is damaged during transit

·      The wrong product was delivered

·      The package is tampered upon delivery

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

·      Order number

·      Photographic evidence

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the consumable nature of edible oils, we do not accept returns for:

·      Opened bottles

·      Used products

·      Change of mind

3. Refund Process

·      After verification, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited via the original payment method
